Special Event at 1:00 p.m. at Foster Public Library:

Ray Rickman presents, “The Value of the Book”

During this fun, inter-active program, Mr. Rickman will offer his thoughts on book values, drawing on his years of experience as a long-time book dealer in Providence and former host of “Bestsellers” on Rhode Island Public Television.  In an Antiques Roadshow-type format, Mr. Rickman will cover what makes a book valuable, what types of books have the highest values, and will offer complimentary estimates for the market value of up to three books per patron.

 

Rhode Island Library Day is Saturday, April 13 during regular open hours:

10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Foster Public Library, 184 Howard Hill Road, Foster, RI

Noon  to 4:00 p.m. at Tyler Free Library, 81A Moosup Valley Road, Foster RI
