Ukrainian Egg Decorating with Lisa Schipritt
Saturday, March 30, 12:30 p.m. to 3 p.m., Tyler Free Library
The technique used to create Pysanky, or Ukrainian Easter Eggs, has been handed down through generations. Ukrainian Easter Eggs are decorated using beeswax and dyes that are applied in sequence, with stunning results. This workshop takes over two hours, and there will be a fee of $10 for materials. Instruction and supplies are provided, but space is limited, so please pre-register by calling the libraries at 397-7930 or 397-4801. Recommended for adults and teens.
